Located on a quiet street in Scarborough, WA, this project was conceived to blend functionality with sustainable and sensible design. Our client envisioned a space that not only served practical purposes but also embraced environmental conditions of being so coastal. In response, we crafted a design that honors the heritage of the former mid-century residence. This homage is beautifully used through the incorporation of breeze blocks, which serve as a striking feature fence and an eye-catching backsplash for the built-in BBQ area.

The pool area is designed to capture maximum sunlight, enhancing its appeal and usability. It provides an open, inviting space where children can freely run and play, making it an ideal retreat for family gatherings during those sweltering summer days.
